  I tried the 14 in One Spice on chicken breasts.  I rubbed the spice into the skin and let it sit for about 30 minutes.  I baked the breast at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.  They were tender, moist and quite flavorful.  I highly recommend giving this product a try.

  My kids love fried chicken and I liberally sprinkled Kirby's 14 - 1 on leg quarters prior to frying.  The smell was un- believable and the taste had my kids asking for second helpings!  I need to order more for the New Year!  This seasoning is also good on chops and steak.  YUM!

  I tried this on a 2'' porterhouse stake. I used the spices as a dry rub about three hours before I cooked it. The flavor was outstanding!!!
Being on a low salt diet this fit the bill, other rubs that I have tried  where heavy on the salt but this has a great balance with just the right amount of salt to bring out the
flavor of the spice mix without being overpowering. 5 stars all the way.

Kirby your 14 spices n 1 is AMAZING. I use it on everything from my ribs to my seafood. I rub the spices on my fish and let it sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
I sprinkle it on my shrimp before dipping it in the batter. I put about 2 table spoons in my boiling water for my crab legs. I even tried putting a little bit of mixed with my
butter for dipping.
